Members of the Brazilian air force visit Randolph AFB, Texas, Aug. 18, to learn about Air Education and Training Command learning opportunities and institutions. The U.S. is one of eight countries they will visit to foster and maintain international partnerships while gaining insight into training and education programs used by other military organizations around the world.
